Sloclap, the developer behind the game, postponed the release because of some technical issues. The French studio explained that many players who tested the patch found themselves stuck in the matchmaking of the game. This is why they decided to postpone the update for now. 

"We know this news is very disappointing, and we share your frustration. Our recent results in terms of patch stability have not been up to par, and we do not want to release a patch that would introduce new issues. For now, we are working hard to resolve this matchmaking issue as quickly as possible. At the same time, we are actively working to improve our production pipeline so that future updates are delivered with the quality and reliability you deserve. Most importantly, we will refrain from announcing release dates until we are absolutely certain we can deliver the updates on time."
