It seems the successful model of Nintendo Switch 2 is somehow getting other companies interested in the handheld market. After Microsoft officially introduced its Xbox Rog Ally, which is a handheld pc made with the help of Asus, now reports say there might be more than one PS6 being released by Sony next generation. 



One console will be similar to our traditional game consoles, such as the PS4 and Xbox One. The other one will follow Nintendo Switch 2 and will be a dockable console. You can use it as a home console on deck (of course, with more power and juice, since in dock mode the console will be more powerful) and also use it handheld.

Since nothing has been officially announced by Sony yet, we can't be certain. We must wait and see whether Sony will approach a new market or not! The expected release date of the new generation of consoles is 2027-2028
