Starting from 2013, EA released web app for FIFA games, and it continued until now, where the game is FC and no longer FIFA. From 2015, EA also designed a mobile app, which was called the companion app, and from that year until now, players used web app or the companion app to access Ultimate Team before the game's actual release. 



If you buy the Ultimate Team version, you get up to 5-7 days of early access to the game. From FC 24 onward, EA released access to the web app and companion up to 2 days before the early access release. So we can expect the web app to be available from 17 September.
