When discussing its financial results for the last quarter, the Polish company updated the breakdown of its teams. Between April 30 and July 31, 2025, CD Projekt RED welcomed 69 new developers, increasing its workforce from 730 to 799 people. Sixty-nine more developers will help the team reduce the crunch and work more creatively on the games. 



These developers are added to these games : 
 

• The Witcher 4: 444 people (+22)
• Cyberpunk 2: 116 people (+20)
• Project Sirius (multiplayer Witcher): 51 people (+3)
• Project Hadar (new license): 22 people (+3)
• Services (QA, translation, artificial intelligence, etc.): 149 people (+18)
• Other projects (unannounced games created in-house or by external teams): 17 people (+3)
